Turning interest in your event in to bookings
Below is an example of an event video being used to promote an event being hosted on an annual basis and where new and additional attendees are desired. Filmed during the course of one day we were looking to obtain a feel for the atmosphere, style, audience and content of the event to help promte it the following year.
The event video includes general shots from around the event as well as interviews with the attendees to provide an inside view of the event.

The event video was hosted on-line and on the client website so that when prospective attendees were directed to the website they could watch the video.
The client feedback has been that the event has doubled in size and several new attendees committed to attending after having viewed the video.
